In Europe, they were treated like they were worthless. The European immigrants were starved, they didnt get food. Crops started to fail causing a shortage of grains, therefore raising the price of bread. They Europeans were treated horribly; they were thrown into jail for reasons unknown. They didnt even own one foot of land. Europeans were glad to leave Europe; I know I wouldve been. B.
